I am looking for one of my clients Brand Manager

This individual will be responsible for developing brand strategies, marketing plans, and product innovations to drive product growth. They should feel comfortable working cross-functionally to execute these strategies and ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

- Relevant background and experience:

 - Degree in Business school or an equivalent degree

 - At least two years of experience working with consumer products

- Experience with various digital marketing channels.

-Experience with market researchs and the ability to analyze and understand consumer needs

- Ability to prepare a marketing plan and execute it

- Ability to manage the marketing budget

- Proactive

Responsibilities

- Responsibility for meeting sales targets in quantity and revenue – monthly/yearly

- Responsibility for gross profit

- Responsibility for planning and managing the brand's marketing budget and its allocation.

- Responsibility for all marketing and sales promotion activities of the brand in digital channels, including:

 - Promotional campaigns

 - Advertising mix in various digital advertising channels and social media

 - Managing messages and content

 - Managing website content related to the brand

 - Recruiting consumer and influencer testimonials

 - Creating advertisements and generating demand for the brand

 - Understanding the market and consumers and driving consumer purchases

- Managing the launch plan for new products

- Preparing an annual work plan for the brand and its various products
