The Business Operations Coordinator will support the efficient functioning of the business by managing various operational tasks. This role involves coordinating with different departments (DevOps, Finance, NetOps Legal), handling multiple tasks in parallel, working with multiple vendors and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of business projects and initiatives.
• Manage the delivery and installation process of new PoPs.
• Manage the Logistics of all PoP gear and network, including order submission and inventory monitoring.
• Manage and track ongoing tasks, including forecasting.
• Coordinate Operational tasks with various vendors.
• Maintain and update tasks on a weekly basis.
• Provide operational support to various departments as needed.
  
  

•       1-3 years of experience in building and operating Data Center activities at a growing global tech company. Prior startup experience highly preferred 
•       Highly vendor-oriented with strong interpersonal skills, including the availability to effectively work with people outside of the company
•       Occasional availability after work hours (on urgent occasions) 
•       High level English - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required 
•       Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Economics - Advantage 
•       Highly self-motivated and outcome oriented  
•       Must be a Team player 
•       Basic knowledge in network- Advantage
