Procurement Buyer for a Leading Energy Company

Responsibilities:

Managing procurement and contracting processes in the industrial field (mechanical, contracting, and subcontracting) from receiving requests from the engineering department, handling price quotes, and processing orders/agreements to the end of the warranty period for purchased services.

Leading negotiations to improve processes, reduce costs, and maximize contract terms with a diverse range of suppliers.

Regular interaction with multiple internal and external interfaces, both domestically and internationally.

Conducting supplier/contractor evaluations and reviewing supplier performance to ensure compliance with high standards.

Collecting price quotes and performing technical-commercial analyses of the offers.

Requirements:

Relevant bachelor’s degree – mandatory; technical/engineering education – an advantage.

At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in a medium/large organization – mandatory.

In-depth understanding of procurement processes and contracting with contractors, subcontractors, and service providers – mandatory.

Fluent English – mandatory.

Experience working with ERP systems – a significant advantage.

• Proficiency in Office applications – mandatory.
