Inbound Call Specialist (Part-Time, English Speaker)

We are seeking a motivated and professional Inbound Call Specialist to join our team at Taliaz. This role involves handling inbound calls from potential patients interested in our UK psychiatric services. The primary responsibility is to filter incoming inquiries, assess interest levels, and facilitate the next steps for those who qualify. In some cases, this may include providing information about our services and engaging in sales discussions.

This is a part-time role (50%) designed for an English speaker with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from potential patients professionally and empathetically.
• Assess and filter calls to determine eligibility and interest in Taliaz services.
• Provide accurate and clear information about psychiatric services and solutions.
• Schedule consultations or next steps for qualified callers.
• Address initial concerns or objections with confidence and sensitivity.
• Engage in light sales discussions when appropriate to promote our services.
• Maintain accurate call logs and ensure proper documentation in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes and ensure a seamless patient experience.

Requirements

• English speaker (required).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles, preferably in healthcare or mental health services.
• Empathy and the ability to handle sensitive topics with care and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time in a part-time role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mental health, psychiatry, or a healthcare-related field.
• Background in inbound sales or patient coordination.
• High level of Hebrew is a plus.
