About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Sales team and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and scaling our innovative solutions. This senior position offers the opportunity to lead high-impact initiatives, manage key client relationships, and potentially grow into a team leadership role as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Sales Leadership: Drive sales and business development by identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities.
• Monetization Enablement: Showcase and implement ReaLo’s advanced monetization features, helping clients maximize the revenue potential of their retail spaces through data-driven retail media strategies.
• Account Ownership: Take full responsibility for managing a portfolio of medium- to large-scale clients, acting as a trusted advisor and aligning their goals with ReaLo’s transformative solutions.
• Nationwide Deployment Oversight: Lead sales processes through nationwide implementations, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and project success.
What We’re Looking For
• Proven Experience: 3+ years in senior sales, business development, account management, or consulting roles, ideally in Retail or Marketplaces.
• Monetization Expertise: Understanding of monetization strategies, retail media, and revenue-generating platforms.
• Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to mentor oothers, with a passion for coaching and inspiring teams. potential to evolve into a formal team leader.
• Strategic Vision: Commercially astute, with sharp analytical skills and a strategic mindset capable of setting and achieving ambitious sales targets.
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Negotiation Expertise: Skilled inclosing deals and leading complex negotiations.
• Self-Starter: Independent, resourceful, and highly motivated, with a track record of exceeding sales goals in a dynamic environment.
