Responsibilities

• You will manage, lead and guide our 6 local creative and talented UX/UI designers to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance of your team.
• You will be responsible for Guiding and Monitoring Multiple UX/UI Projects and be responsible for their deliverables and quality.
• Total hands-on approach, in addition to managing the team you will lead one of the product stream as the UX designer in the stream.
• Be the owner of User Experience threw out the studio and implement UX and user research methodologies and best practices.
• Be the focal point for all stake holders outside the department.
• Own the work process of your team, optimize, improve and adjust when needed.
• Work closely with other department Leads to ensure smooth collaboration and process optimization.
  
  

• Strong experience with UX design for mobile games, focus on creating user flows and understanding product design methodologies.
• Management experience, ability to lead, inspire and mentor your team

• Strong understanding of feature design in mobile games or gambling.
• Experience of working with Figma and Miro.
• Experience of developing for multi-platform user interface
• Gaming background
• Experience with user testing, and implementation of conclusions
