Technical Enablement Manager

A leading cybersecurity company is looking for a skilled Technical Enablement Manager to deliver advanced, instructor-led training sessions on its cutting-edge cybersecurity products to internal teams, partners, and clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in security, networking, and IT infrastructure, with a passion for educating and empowering others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, instructor-led training on the company’s cybersecurity products to internal teams, partners, and clients in technical roles.
• Collaborate with Product and R&D teams to develop and design new courses covering emerging technologies, products, and networking protocols.
• Create exams and hands-on lab exercises to support interactive training programs.
• Update and enhance existing training materials to reflect the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
• Conduct training sessions for both entry-level and advanced technical professionals, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge required.
  
  

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar instructional or training role.
• Strong technical background in security, networking, and IT infrastructure, with an emphasis on networking protocols. Experience in cybersecurity is an advantage.
• Proven experience delivering training or technical presentations to an audience.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills in English.
• Service-oriented, with a team player attitude and a collaborative mindset.
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to research and resolve technical issues independently.
• A genuine passion for teaching and guiding others on technical topics.
