Job Description:

• Managing end-to-end procurement processes: sourcing suppliers, requesting quotes, comparing and selecting suppliers.
• Conducting negotiations with suppliers.
• Reviewing agreements, contracts, and commitments with suppliers, including managing the contractual engagement process according to organizational needs.
• Maintaining communication with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Working with an ERP system.
• Handling goods receipt and supplier invoice approvals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Industrial Engineering diploma.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Specialist – experience in the electrical field is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• High-level English proficiency.
• Familiarity with ERP systems – Priority experience is an advantage.
