Tech Lead - Backend Oriented

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tech Lead to join our R&D team. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of talented developers, focusing on the backend aspects of our module-based, feature-rich solution. You will play a crucial part in shaping our product's architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving our product forward and influencing the technical direction of our platform.

What You Will Do:

• Design, implement, and optimize high-performance, scalable server-side features using cutting-edge technologies.
• Conduct code reviews, set best practices, and ensure high code quality and performance.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, driving innovation and tackling complex technical challenges.
• Influence and contribute to the overall architecture and technical strategy of the product.
• Develop and maintain system components that will be used daily by hundreds of thousands of users.
• Take a hands-on approach to coding while also leading the team to meet project goals and deadlines.
  
  

• Strong technical leader with a problem-solving mindset and a “can-do” attitude.
• At least 5 years of experience in server-side development, preferably with Node.js – a must!
• Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable backend systems.
• Experience with microservices architecture, Kubernetes, and AWS – an advantage.
• Solid understanding of database technologies and data management.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Hebrew (written and spoken).
• Strong leadership skills, with experience in guiding and mentoring a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure, independently and as part of a team.
• On-site job, requiring hands-on involvement in the development process.
