Bookkeeper

We are looking for a motivated and talented bookkeeper to join our finance

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions, manage ledgers and support end of month closing.
• Prepare and manage payment cycles to vendors.
• Prepare foreign and local customer invoices and manage collection.
• Responsible for monthly submissions to tax authorities (VAT, withholding taxes, National insurance, income tax).
• Ongoing account reconciliation, including closing entries, bank statements and cut-off accounts.
• Review and record reimbursements for employees’ travel and other expense reports.
• Collaborate with controllers on financial report preparation, annual audit and tax filings.
• Manage the company's Mesh and credit card transactions.

Requirements

• Certified Bookkeeper Level 1+2 – mandatory
• At least one year of relevant experience – an advantage
• Proficiency with ERP systems (experience with Priority, Mesh, and Dokka platforms is an advantage)
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to communicate and manage records in English
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a team and in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
