As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our operations.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Technical Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting talent for the defense and technology industries in Israel.

You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to ensure the recruitment process aligns with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent for specialized tech roles, including engineers, cybersecurity experts, and IT professional, by proactively sourcing candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other relevant channels, including industry events, and focused communities.
• Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine job requirements and develop evaluation frameworks for highly specialized roles.
• Write and post compelling job descriptions tailored to the tech markets.
• Represent the company at industry events and career fairs, to enhance employer branding.
• Ensure a smooth recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Qualifications and Skills

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven success in sourcing and hiring technical roles such as IT experts, data scientists, DevOps specialists, and more.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean search techniques.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, particularly with high-caliber candidates from competitive fields.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
