HR coordinator and office manager

A digital marketing company in Ashkelon is looking for an Office Manager and HR Coordinator.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences/Human Resources - significant advantage.
• Background in Human Resources or experience in computerized office work - preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets - significant advantage.
• High level of English - mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills, organization, efficiency, and speed.

Job Description:

HR Coordinator:

• Acting as the right-hand support to the HR Manager.
• Screening resumes, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating recruitment processes with potential candidates for various roles.
• Accompanying candidates throughout the process from start to finish.
• Creating job profiles and posting job openings across various platforms.
• Managing employee time reporting.
• Creating tracking reports in Google Sheets.
• Planning Happy Hours, holiday events, and team-building evenings.
• Purchasing gifts for company employees.

Office Management:

• Ensuring the office's functionality and coordinating with professionals to address any issues or maintenance needs.
• Ordering office supplies.
• Managing food orders and restocking as necessary.
• Providing support to the accounting team.
