Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HPC Expert at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot. The HPC Expert will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks related to high-performance computing, ensuring the efficient operation of computational infrastructure, optimizing code performance, and collaborating with researchers and faculty members. This role allows for some flexibility in remote work.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in High-Performance Computing (HPC) and parallel programming
• Experience in managing computational infrastructure and optimizing code performance
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of scientific computing and applications in research
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in academia or research institutions is a plus
