Senior Director of Engineering

We're on a mission to revolutionize insurance through AI, and are seeking a senior leader to help scale our engineering team while increasing efficiency and performance. As a key member of our tech leadership team reporting to the SVP of R&D, you'll help architect team structure, engineering culture, and standards.

In this role you’ll oversee multiple domains, bringing your expertise to enhance focus and leverage the impact of our constantly evolving platforms.

• Successfully scaled high performing engineering organizations through high-growth phases
• A leader with extremely high standards in both performance, delivery and quality
• Comfortable leading engineering teams in a product-led organization
• Leads by example while demanding high motivation, on-the-ground office presence, high sense of urgency, and a relentless execution mindset
• Great communicator, comfortable delivering direct feedback as well as giving recognition
