The IT Operations Center (ITOC) is responsible for the operation, control, and monitoring of the IT systems and infrastructures.
The team handles ongoing operations, troubleshooting at various levels, coordination and scheduling of production changes, onboarding new systems and technologies, and providing services to end-users.
Requirements:
- Experience in operating and monitoring IT systems in large organizations, including expertise in the following:
- Operating systems: Windows, UNIX, Linux.
- Virtualization and containerization: VMware and Kubernetes.
- Central storage infrastructure: disk controllers, switches.
- Communication infrastructures and IT security equipment.
- Organizational monitoring tools, particularly Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Cloud technologies experience.
- Familiarity with mainframe systems (MF) is a significant advantage.
Work in three shifts, including Friday and Saturday night.
