Operations Lead (Part-Time) | Job Description
Join our team at Ledge as an Operations Lead, where you'll oversee key aspects of office operations, finance operations, and employee experience. In this role, you’ll manage essential day-to-day tasks and ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organization. This position is ideal for a people-person with a versatile skill set and a proactive approach who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in dynamic environments.
What You Can Expect
- Office and Finance Operations: Manage office logistics, vendor coordination, and workspace organization to ensure a productive work environment. Support finance workflows such as invoice payments and payroll processes.
- Employee Experience: Oversee onboarding processes, organize team events, and contribute to fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operational support where needed. Provide professional administrative support to the company’s founders and leadership team.

Requirements:
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in operations, office management or employee experience, with a proven ability to manage efficient processes and address employee needs.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with adaptability to handle a wide range of tasks in dynamic environments.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
- Complete fluency in English.
- Availability for a 50% part-time position, consisting of either 5 half-day workdays or 2.5 workdays per week, with a reasonable level of flexibility to accommodate organizational requirements as needed.
