We are looking for a talented PR Manager to amplify our brand presence and strengthen our media outreach in the US market.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time PR Manager to join our Tel Aviv office and lead our public relations efforts in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US media landscape, a proven track record in PR, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that align with our brand. This is a part-time role with flexibility, ideal for someone with strong experience in PR and media relations who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities

Media Relations:

• Build and maintain relationships with key journalists, influencers, and media outlets in the US.
• Pitch stories, secure media coverage, and manage press outreach to highlight Particle's brand, products, and vision.

Content Creation:

• Develop press releases, media kits, and other PR collateral to promote Particle’s products and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align PR efforts with marketing campaigns and product launches.

Strategic Planning:

• Design and execute a PR strategy tailored to the US market to enhance brand awareness and credibility.
• Monitor trends in the beauty and men’s self-care industry to identify opportunities for media engagement.

Event Coordination:

• Assist in planning and promoting events, collaborations, and sponsorships targeted at the US audience.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Track media coverage and PR performance metrics, providing regular reports to the leadership team.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Requirements

Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in public relations, preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce space.
• Proven success in securing media coverage in the US market.

Skills:

• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling pitches and press materials.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of the US media landscape and cultural trends.

Languages:

• Native or fluent English is required.
• Hebrew proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.

Additional:

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing is a plus.
