Looking for a Technical Co-Founder to Help Transform Healthcare with AI

I'm seeking a visionary technical co-founder to join me in building the future of healthcare intelligence. We're creating an AI-powered platform that transforms how hospitals predict, prepare for, and respond to critical patient care moments. Our mission is to move healthcare from reactive to proactive by detecting patterns significantly earlier than traditional methods, enabling intervention before complications occur and improving patient outcomes while reducing cost and inefficiency.

What We’re Working On:

• Applying cutting-edge machine learning to detect critical patient care opportunities earlier than ever
• Streamlining hospital operations through proactive intervention planning and resource allocation
• Transforming reactive healthcare delivery into a more proactive, outcomes-focused model

What We Need From You:

• Technical Leadership: Experience architecting scalable, data-driven software solutions, ideally in healthcare or another highly regulated industry.
• Machine Learning/AI Expertise: Strong background in ML/AI model development, validation, and integration into real-world workflows.
• Full-Stack Engineering Skills: Ability to guide the development of robust front-end and back-end components, ensuring data security and interoperability.
• Healthcare Data Familiarity (Preferred): Understanding of EMR/EHR systems, HIPAA compliance, HL7/FHIR standards, and clinical workflows—or the ability to ramp up quickly.
• Startup DNA: Adaptability, strategic thinking, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves—this is a hands-on role in a high-impact, early-stage venture.
