Interested in joining our team? We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and supporting financial reporting. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of the accounting function in a fast-paced, growing company.

Responsabilities:

• Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivables, including processing new vendors and customers (local and foreign).
• Payments preparing and uploading to banks.
• Ongoing bookkeeping, including collecting, categorizing, and filing all invoices and receipts.
• Ensure accurate financial records, including general ledgers, journal entries, payables, receivables, Inventory and fixed assets.
• Manage bank accounts, including daily reconciliations and monthly controls.
• Create and process employee’s expenses and travel reports.
• Prepare trial balance, including month-end accruals and supporting documentation for the monthly and quarterly closing process.
• Make sure all materials are ready for the annual audit.
• Monthly reporting to tax authorities (VAT, Bituach Leumi and WHT).
• Uploading Monthly Payroll Journal entry.
• Reporting directly to the Director of finance.
  
  

• Formal education in bookkeeping, certified bookkeeper type 3.
• Has at least 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper in high-tech companies.
• Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience working with Netsuite at least 2 years.
• Experience in bookkeeping for US entities.
• Extreme attention to details.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven record of taking ownership.
• Quick learning ability.
• Experience as the sole accounting function in a tech company/startup – an advantage.
• Experience with Mesh - an advantage.
