We are seeking an experienced Procurement Buyer to join our team in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, managing supplier relationships, and overseeing procurement processes to support our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase construction materials and services to meet project requirements.
• Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
• Conduct negotiations to secure the best pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers.
• Ensure that materials meet project specifications and budgets.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage the ordering process to prevent delays.
• Collaborate with project managers and other teams to ensure procurement requirements are met on time.
• Track and report on procurement budgets and costs.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Procurement Buyer or in a similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and procurement processes.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Experience with procurement software and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude.

• Experience with budget management and cost control.
• Technical knowledge of construction projects and materials.
