Key Responsibilitie

• s:Lead the management and optimization of marketing tools and processe
• s.Collaborate with the marketing team to streamline processes and workflows, ensuring campaign efficiency and effectivenes
• s.Oversee Marcom data management and reporting, ensuring that marketing data is actionabl
• e.Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaign assets, from planning to execution in terms of content and graphic desig
• n.Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for marketing operations, ensuring consistency and best practice
• s.Act as the primary point of contact for any marketing operations-related queries within the tea
• m.Manage the budget, including the PO submission proce
• ssManage the asset translation proce

Qualifications & Experien

• ce:Proven experience in marketing operations, ideally within a B2B environme
• nt.Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneous
• ly.Exceptional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional tea
• ms.Excellent knowledge of data analytics, reporting tools, and key marketing metri
• cs.Experience with campaign tracking, A/B testing, and marketing performance analys
• is.Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and process
