Position Overview:

Bringing research to life: You’ll take cutting-edge research and turn it into functional, real-world solutions. This involves everything from understanding new concepts in papers to creating efficient, production-ready code.

The bleeding edge in generative video: Develop groundbreaking AI solutions for creating and enhancing video content, driving the future of creativity and automation.

Constant growth: Stay ahead of advancements in deep learning, computer vision and graphics to keep pushing the boundaries of what we can do.

Ownership: You’ll be end-to-end responsible for your projects. We value those who can see projects through without needing too much oversight. And you know that data engineering is part of the job.

R&D excellence: Uphold strong research and engineering practices and aim for high-quality, reproducible work that raises the bar.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in deep learning and computer vision with a proven track record of successful projects.
• A master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience showcasing strong engineering, methodological and research practices.
• Strong expertise in AI model development, research implementation and deployment.
• Excellent coding and software design skills; proficient in Python and/or C++ and the relevant libraries, like Pytorch, OpenCV and HuggingFace.
• Familiarity with multimodal AI, including LLMs and their integration into computer vision.
• Solid foundation in graphics and classical computer vision.
• Track record in creating novel algorithms and advancing the state of the art.
• Experience with generative AI in the field of video is a huge advantage.
• Knowledge of big data and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP) is a plus.
