As a Full Stack Developer at Monday Makers Innovation Lab, you will play a crucial role in developing custom solutions for the day-to-day challenges faced by our company around the development of our smart office and in collaboration with facility and operation departments.

You will work with a multi-talented global team, leveraging your technical expertise and inventive spirit to create impactful solutions that enhance our operations.

About The Role
Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans.
Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance processes.

Your Experience & Skills
roven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
Strong knowledge of back-end languages and frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java.
Experience with database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
Self-sufficient and proactive, with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
Understanding of agile development methodologies.
