Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'Ayin

Reports to: Systems Design and Integration Director

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven PMO to join our R&D team covering maternity leave. In this role, you will manage multi-disciplinary R&D projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with organizational goals. You'll work closely with teams across disciplines to define, execute, and continuously improve project processes and tools.

What will you do?

Collaborate with project leaders and systems engineers to define, prioritize, and deliver end-to-end project objectives.
Establish and maintain standardized project management methodologies, tools, templates, and KPIs to ensure consistent execution and performance tracking across R&D initiatives.
Facilitate communication within and across local and global teams to ensure alignment.
Serve as the central hub for project-related data, ensuring precise tracking, visibility, and coordination across all aspects of the project.
Provide regular updates through progress reports, executive dashboards, and budget summaries.
Conduct post-project reviews, lessons learned, and feedback sessions.

Requirements:

What should you have?

Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business management, process control management, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in roles such as project, process, release, or program management, overseeing complex, cross-functional projects that involve multiple teams and stakeholders.
Proven experience working with tools such as Excel, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, MS Project, Power BI, Oracle, and SharePoint. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
A strong understanding of processes and systems design, preferably in a multidisciplinary environment.
Strong interpersonal skills: independent, proactive, creative, team-oriented, quick to respond, and reliable under pressure.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in both written and verbal English.
