Job Description

Supply Account Manager focuses on managing end to end Customer account from operational, logistics and financial aspects. He/she drives for evaluation of customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met.

It includes order fulfillment, coordinating and controlling customers’ backlog and spare parts inventory in a timely and cost-efficient manner. He/she is responsible over customers demand forecast and it’s alignment to actual performance.

Responsibilities include material expediting, movement and transaction as well as leading and coordinating initiatives and activities to achieve optimum integrated management of the goods flow.

Prepare accurate and timely management reports for customers support, KPI and customers’ forecast accomplishment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer demands forecast.
SLA Maintenance.
Order Desk Management of Haifa customers.
Follow up customers’ backlog and delivery date.
Backlog Traceability, follow up on shipment ocean and air.
Supervises staff involved in daily activities.
Follow up material shortages and work with relevant groups on recovery plan.
Returns Activity (RMA).
Quotations, Maintaining pricing file.
KPI reporting and Analysis.

Education/Skills and Experience Requirements:

B. Sc in Industrial Engineering or another relevant degree.
At least 4 years’ experience in leading Order Desk/Planning activities in High Tech production environment or another relevant position.
Background related to Order Desk, Planning and Logistics management.
Fluent English.
ERP experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Leading experience.
Multi-tasking ability.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
