Sales Excellence sits within Client, Market & Growth to help activate the firm’s growth strategy, strengthening cross-business collaboration, enabling consistent access to specialized capabilities, and improving end-to-end sales execution so business leaders can stay focused on growth priorities.
Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Business Development Specialist with disciplined follow-through to serve as the day-to-day BD “engine” for Partners and Managers.
This role drives organic growth by identifying cross-organizational opportunities, translating them into clear, decision-ready business cases, and driving execution across a global, matrix organization in close collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities • Own BD execution end-to-end: drive new sales initiatives from intake through completion (clarify ask/scope, align stakeholders, remove blockers, escalate as needed, and ensure follow-through).
• Run and govern the pipeline: support qualification, drive stage progression, enforce next-step hygiene, and manage aging controls and escalation paths.
• Enable collaboration: partner with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery against BD priorities.
• Strengthen market/client connectivity: help identify and advance opportunities by engaging priority clients, alliances/partners, and ecosystem collaborators (in coordination with account/market leadership).
• Provide leadership-ready reporting: produce crisp pipeline updates (status, gaps, actions required, decisions needed) and recurring reporting for senior stakeholders; highlight risks and unblock paths forward.
Requirements
• 2–3+ years of experience in business development, sales operations/execution, or growth roles.
• Proven track record in business development, with a strong ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
