About the opportunity:
We are looking for a skilled Social Media and Digital Communications Specialist to join our dynamic Marketing Team. They will contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives, manage internal marketing communications and projects, and oversee our social media platforms.
What you will do:
As a key member of our Marketing Team, you will be responsible and involved in the following:
Maintain a comprehensive social media strategy
Boost Zota’s brand visibility and monitor all of our social media channels for audience engagement and competitor analysis
Work on paid social media campaigns, which include targeting strategies, ad design, and performance analysis to ensure maximum ROI
Assist with internal activities that ensure clear, consistent, and transparent communication within the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal and external)
Help create marketing content (presentations, landing pages, PDFs, design creatives, and more)
Contribute to the Marketing Team’s daily responsibilities, such as website maintenance, content development, and communications (internal and external)
Job requirements:
A degree in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field
1+ years of B2B digital marketing experience
1+ years of experience working in social media (organic and paid)
Excellent written and verbal English (C1)
Strong attention to detail and a good eye for creative design and text formatting
Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret and draw insights from performance data
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and campaigns and meet deadlines
Experience working with design tools such as Canva and Figma
Skills and experience considered highly advantageous:
Experience with Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
Experience in LinkedIn Marketing (organic and paid) with global audiences
