We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to manage daily financial operations, reporting, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Your life at MAËLYS will look like…

• Manage and report on the company’s books across multiple currencies.
• Perform reconciliations for banks, credit cards, suppliers, and customers.
• Responsibility for import files closing procedure, including monitoring charges, adjustments, and payments.
• Collaborate daily with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as needed.
  
  

• Bookkeeping Level 3 certification with at least 3 years of experience.
• Proven experience working with Priority ERP software (mandatory).
• Proficient in English.
• Experience in a global company is highly advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.
• Strong ability to work independently.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Reliable, diligent, and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
