Job Title: Presales Manager

Job Summary: A Presales Employee acts as a bridge between the sales and technical teams, providing valuable insights and solutions to potential clients. This role involves understanding client needs, preparing tailored presentations, and supporting the sales team throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full ownership of project’s life cycle
• Engage in client meetings and site surveys, understand their requirements and offer relevant solutions.
• Provide product demonstrations and answer technical queries during the sales process.
• Act as a liaison between the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless communication.
• Assist in the preparation of RFI (Request for Information) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) responses.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.

Requirements and Skills:

• Proven experience in presales and sales.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Technical proficiency and the ability to understand and explain complex products or services.
• Experience with and ERP system. Preferably Priority and Salesforce
• High level English and Hebrew

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Experienced in security systems such as surveillance cameras, NVR and law voltage systems.
• Familiarity with Priority and sales tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
