Description

Qualitest is looking for a manual testing Team Leader, to take a lead on our system tester in Elbit’s HMS division.  The system is a unique Elbit product - Helmet Mounted Systems (HMS), as a tactical and aid display system for a helicopter and other aircraft pilots. 

Rolls & Responsibilities

• Professional lead of 2-3 manual system testers
• Professional focal point
• Recruiting and Onboarding for new employees
• Test reviews and methodology guidance
• Write test cases according to requirements 
• Execute test cases and document defects
• Acceptance milestones with the customer.

requirements

• Ready to be Hands-On - Must
• With 1-2 years of experience as QA team leader – Must
• High level in English. -technical Read & Write - Must
• Full time and long-term position
• Familiar with QC and DOORS – Big Advantage
• Good technical abilities
• Experience withing the following industries: Defense/medical/ Pharma - Advantage
