As an Operations Integrity Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding operational excellence. What You’ll Do:

• Strategic Risk Management:
• Develop and refine frameworks that identify vulnerabilities in payment flows, merchant settlements, and operational practices.
• Financial Reconciliation:
• Perform daily and periodic reconciliations of payment systems and merchant transactions. Investigate discrepancies swiftly, maintain immaculate financial records, and constantly seek innovative ways to optimize reconciliation processes.
• Fraud Detection & Prevention:
• Create and implement robust fraud prevention measures. Monitor activity, investigate suspicious transactions, and provide actionable insights to senior management on emerging fraud trends.
• Dormancy Management:
• Identify dormant accounts, reactivate them strategically, and reduce financial risks through proactive policies and engagement methods.

What You’ll Need:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Professional Experience:
• At least 5 years’ experience in risk management, reconciliation, fraud prevention, or financial operations, ideally within payments or fintech.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Expertise in financial systems, ERP tools, and reconciliation processes. Familiarity with SQL, MongoDB, and fraud detection tools is a plus.
• Key Qualities:
• Outstanding analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the agility to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
