Fiverr is seeking a Paid Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of creating, scaling, and optimizing high-volume PPC campaigns across various search channels, with a focus on maximizing ROI and achieving ambitious company growth goals.
As a PPC Campaign Manager, you will lead the development and execution of Fiverr’s paid search strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, results-driven campaigns. You’ll thrive in our fast-paced, collaborative environment, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
We’re looking for a super analytical, independent, quick learner and creative problem-solver. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large paid search budgets, combined with a strong passion for PPC. WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?
- Oversee and optimize large-scale paid search campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing performance.
- Develop and manage monthly media plans, strategically allocating significant budgets to achieve optimal ROI.
- Continuously refine campaigns through detailed testing plans, including ad copy, bidding strategies, and landing page variations, to improve clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Use analytics tools to track campaign success, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders through regular reporting.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in PPC, SEM, and digital marketing, integrating new strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with marketing and other teams to ensure paid search initiatives align with broader marketing and company goals.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing global paid search campaigns on Google Ads, including large-scale budgets and complex account structures.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Exact Sciences, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using analytics tools for campaign analysis and data-driven decision-making. Strong ability to work with large datasets, derive actionable insights, and optimize performance.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for reporting, analysis, and data management is essential. Familiarity with tools or techniques for automation and optimization in digital marketing is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of Google Ads, search engine marketing trends, and best practices. Experience with additional paid search platforms (e.g., Bing Ads) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with an innovative mindset and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams, while being self-driven and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
