Content Copywriter (Maternity Cover)

We’re seeking a talented and flexible Creative Copywriter to join our team on a temporary basis during maternity leave. In this role, you’ll play a key part in Tango’s creative efforts, collaborating across departments and managing multiple projects while crafting sales-driven copy that resonates with our users. Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated copywriter across multiple teams, including marketing, product and content to provide consistent and aligned messaging.
• Create clear and concise CTA-driven copy for high-impact campaigns in a social B2C app, with a strong focus on driving sales and enhancing consumer engagement.
• Lead strategic marketing campaigns for new projects and in-app promotions, aligning tone, voice, and strategy with clear, persuasive messaging for sales, events, new features, and more.
• Prepare detailed promotional plans for campaigns, including creative and communication guidelines on Monday.com for the CRM team to implement.
• Manage and write engaging blog content for events, activities, new features, special announcements, and company or marketing initiatives.
• Craft compelling, user-friendly copy for in-app messages, banners, ads, landing pages, social media, and videos.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate presentations, proposals and scripts, ensuring alignment with Tango’s brand.
• Simplify complex ideas into short, simple, and universal messages that resonate across all geos, languages, and touchpoints.
• Proofread, edit, and refine content to ensure grammar, accuracy and consistency.
  
  

• Native English speaker (US, UK, AU, NZ, CA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a creative copywriting role in B2C or consumer-focused industries,with a proven track record to drive sales and engagement.
• Strong ability to jugglemultiple projects and deadlineswhile maintaining efficiency, organization and quality work.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eagle eye for detail, tone, and consistency.
• Demonstrated ability to lead campaigns and align on product marketing strategies, ensuring all details and changes are accurately communicated and implemented.
• Experience with Monday.com is essential for managing projects, tasks, and communication within the team.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter with a positive, adaptable mindset.
• Experience in WordPress is a plus.
• Ability to anticipate copy needs, think creatively, and deliver solutions quickly.
• A passion for creative storytelling and the ability to translate big & complex ideas into simple messages with actionable copy.
