Full Stack Team Leader

A company within the defence and homeland security sectors is looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Team Leader to lead and contribute to the development of a dynamic and innovative team. The role requires hands-on involvement (approximately 60%) in developing new features while managing and guiding the team to achieve high-quality development standards using cutting-edge technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a development team, ensuring high coding standards and quality.
• Actively participate in the development of new features and applications.
• Collaborate with team members to implement modern and efficient solutions.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, architecture, and process improvements.
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer working on both frontend and backend development.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience leading a development team.
• Proficiency in NodeJS, Python, or .NET (mandatory).
• Experience with frontend frameworks like Angular or React (advantageous).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes (advantageous).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (advantageous).
• Hands-on experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, or ElasticSearch (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of web architectures, particularly microservices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team to deliver results.
