Electro-Optical System Engineer 

A leading company in the Defense and Space industry is looking for an Electro-Optical System Engineer to lead the development of a new electro-optical sensor as part of the R&D division in Herzliya. This role requires technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a strong background in developing advanced electro-optical systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics (MBA preferred).
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in electro-optical system engineering, with a focus on developing electro-optical sensors (required).
• Proficiency in MATLAB (required).
• Hands-on experience with electro-optical sensor equipment (required).
• Background in image processing (significant advantage).
• Military experience in technological units (advantage).
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
