Senior Software Developer (Backend)

A fintech companu is looking for a Senior Software Developer to join a dynamic team . This role involves building and managing a unified neo-banking platform that seamlessly integrates cryptocurrency and fiat currency functionalities. Using cutting-edge technologies, the developer will help design, develop, and deploy secure and scalable financial services while tackling complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a fast-paced development team, contributing to the creation of major platform components.
• Own the full development cycle, from design to deployment, for a highly available and scalable system.
• Utilize C#, .NET, Kubernetes, and Azure Cloud to develop services that unify blockchain and fiat currencies.
• Provide technical leadership, promoting innovative tools and technologies.
• Address technical challenges such as performance optimization, fault tolerance, and security.
• Define requirements and analyze system architecture.
• Collaborate daily with Product, Finance, and Legal departments to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Effectively work in a team environment and drive cross-team solutions involving complex dependencies.
  
  

• At least 8 years of back-end development experience using C# and .NET technologies.
• Proven expertise in distributed systems and microservices architecture (required).
• Strong experience with cloud technologies (Azure preferred) (required).
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git (required).
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and database architecture (required).
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker (advantageous).
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken (required).
• Passion for blockchain technology and experience in blockchain service development (advantageous).
• Background in payments or the Fintech industry (highly advantageous).
