System Engineer (ASIO)

A leading company in the Defense and Space industry in Herzliya is seeking an experienced System Engineer (ASIO) to contribute to the design, development, and integration of advanced systems. This role involves managing a team of system engineers and working on complex systems in fields such as C4I, communication, radars, electro-optics, and intelligence sensors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• At least 5 years of experience managing system engineers (required).
• Proven expertise in the design, development, integration, and testing of System of Systems, particularly in C4I, communication, radars, electro-optics, and intelligence sensors.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Broad knowledge and familiarity with:
• Airborne systems.
• Technical documentation.
• Communication protocols.
• OS and network management (advantage).
• Wireless communication (advantage).
• Electro-optics (advantage).
• Radars (advantage).
• C2 systems (advantage).
• Intelligence sensors (advantage).
• Airborne qualification and certification (advantage).
