System Engineer (DIRCM)

A leading company in the Defense and Space industry in Herzliya is seeking a skilled System Engineer to lead the development of a new electro-optical sensor within the R&D division. This role requires extensive experience in electro-optical system engineering, strong technical expertise, and leadership capabilities to drive innovative projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electro-optical system engineering with a focus on developing electro-optical sensors (required).
• Proficiency in MATLAB (required).
• Hands-on experience with electro-optical sensor equipment (required).
• Background in image processing (significant advantage).
• Military experience in technological units, such as the IDF (advantage).
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
