Planning and Licensing Manager for Residential Projects

A leading construction planning office is looking for a Planning and Licensing Manager to oversee the planning, licensing, and tender processes for residential and hospitality projects. The role involves managing projects from initiation through to obtaining building permits, coordinating with municipalities, consultants, and advancing processes with licensing authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• At least 3 years of experience in planning and licensing of high-rise residential buildings.
• Proven experience working with licensing authorities (municipalities, planning committees).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Graduate in Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering / Architect.
• Strong ability to read and interpret plans.
• Independence, thoroughness, assertiveness, and excellent self-management skills.
• Experience working with consultant teams.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong presence, and ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
