Who you’ll be working with:
The Solution Technical Support Expert will be an integral part of the R&D group, responsible for alleviating the development teams from ongoing support tasks. This role requires a deep understanding of our complex system, the ability to see the whole picture, and the expertise to manage support tasks independently.
As a Cognyter you will:
- System Expertise: Understand and oversee the entire system flow, providing comprehensive support.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Read code, analyze logs, write scripts for debugging, and handle automation environments.
- Communication: Share information and status updates clearly and precisely in wide audience meetings.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with various interfaces and teams to ensure seamless support operations
For that mission you’ll need:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a technical support or similar role within an R&D environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Networking, Linux, Python, and C++; ability to read and understand code and logs
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
- Self-Management: Ability to manage tasks independently and prioritize effectively
- Knowledge in cellular networks, VoLTE
