Are you passionate about optimizing Salesforce to empower teams and drive business success? As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will take the lead in managing and enhancing our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization. Collaborating with stakeholders across departments, you will ensure the system runs smoothly, supports our goals, and enables data-driven decision-making.
The Day-to-Day
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, configuration, and system updates.
- Design and implement scalable solutions, including workflows, custom objects, and data models, to support business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to ensure actionable insights for teams across the organization.
- Develop and maintain flows and customized buttons to simplify and streamline work procedures.
Ideally, We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (at least 5 years), with expertise in Sales and Service Cloud (certifications preferred).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, workflows, and data management principles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and automation tools like Flow or Process Builder.
- A track record of solving complex problems and implementing innovative Salesforce solutions.
These Would Also Be Nice
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other specialized Salesforce tools.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as CRM Analytics and PowerBI
- Experience in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
