Back End Developer

We are looking for a new backend programmer!

Responsibilities

Backend Development and Maintenance:

• Design, implement, and maintain backend infrastructure for real-time communication and data processing.
• Develop fault-handling mechanisms to ensure system reliability under critical conditions.
• Optimize data transfer between hardware and software components.

Web and Video Integration:

• Convert RTSP streams to WebRTC for seamless integration into web platforms using MediaMTX or similar tools.
• Build and maintain modular web-based infrastructure for real-time video streaming.

System Integration and Enhancements:

• Develop interfaces connecting optical and thermal cameras, keyboards, touchscreens, and other input/output devices.
• Integrate and enhance analytics systems, including real-time video analysis and business logic.

Performance Optimization:

• Ensure efficient, robust, and scalable backend performance, particularly for NVIDIA DeepStream-based video analysis.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with hardware, frontend, and project management teams.
• Provide detailed technical documentation for smooth collaboration and future scalability.

Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Python, with experience in backend development.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA DeepStream, GStreamer, and real-time video processing.
• Expertise in RTSP, WebRTC protocols, and MediaMTX platform.
• Experience with Linux Ubuntu and embedded systems development.

Practical Experience:

• Proven background in real-time system development and web-based video streaming.
• Hands-on experience with camera systems or video technologies in industrial or military environments is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle critical faults.
• Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to write clean, modular, and maintainable code.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with shared memory for performance optimization.
• Familiarity with advanced WebRTC platforms and low-latency solutions.
• Knowledge of AI integration and analytics-driven system design.
