Legal Business Partner APAC

Nova FIN Group is looking for a Legal Business Partner APAC. This role is an important part of Nova’s Headquarter Finance Division. We aim to deliver accurate and timely reporting to our investors in the capital markets and provide business and compliance support to the company and its global subsidiaries.

As the Legal Business Partner, you will join Nova's Finance division, reporting to the Chief Legal Counsel. You will serve as the main legal focal point for Asia-Pacific subsidiaries’ management functions, providing ongoing legal support in all aspects, identifying and addressing legal risks, and working closely with the company’s management team, with the assistance of external counsel when required.

Responsibilities

• Legal business partner of the management of the company’s subsidiaries in Asia Pacific, including providing or coordinating legal consultation re local companies’ laws, commercial and labor issues, identifying legal risks in the APAC territory and addressing them, all in close coordination with the company’s management team and with the assistance of external counsels, where required.
• Control over relevant legal budgets.

Requirements

• Licensed Lawyer- must
• 3+ years of experience in in-house legal consultation (Experience in a Nasdaq or dual-listed company – an advantage)
• Business orientation and ability to work with executive-level
• High level of English – spoken & written - must
• Ability to own and lead teamwork processes
• Strong interpersonal skills and Teamwork
