Dot Compliance is a cloud-based software company, and our product allows life sciences customers to manage their quality and compliance processes electronically, helping them achieve regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a full-time Project Manager to become an integral part of our Professional Services team at Dot Compliance. You will be working directly with our enterprise customers to manage the implementation projects of Dot Compliance solutions, including managing timelines, budgets, customer communication, Gantt charts, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise software implementation projects, ensuring they meet customer requirements and timelines.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, providing status updates and managing expectations.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align on requirements, prioritize tasks, and manage project dependencies.
• Facilitate client meetings, including project kick-offs, status updates, and issue resolution discussions.
• Identify and manage project risks, ensuring potential issues are proactively addressed.
• Provide guidance and support to clients during data migration, configuration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Monitor and report on project metrics, including progress, budget, and performance against key milestones.
• Foster strong client relationships to ensure a smooth transition to ongoing support and Customer Success teams post-implementation.
• Develop and share project management best practices and methodologies with the entire team.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software implementation.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certification is a plus.
  
  

• Experience in the life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare industries.
• Familiarity with eQMS or other quality management systems.
