QA Team Lead

We are currently seeking a highly experienced QA Lead to manage and oversee testing activities for our large-scale program.

This individual will be responsible for establishing our business testing strategy, assessing our current testing capabilities, and identifying opportunities to optimize and enhance the testing process.

As the primary point of contact for all testing-related matters, the QA Lead will be in charge of coordinating and executing test plans while collaborating with local and international team members.

This role requires taking full ownership of all testing activities across various project deliverables.

Occasionally, the QA Lead may receive assistance from other team members for testing tasks. In such cases, the QA Lead will be expected to provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to these individuals.

What will you do?

• Plan, develop, and execute product quality strategies
• Maintain and improve the test strategy based on experience and industry best practices
• Lead a team of in-house and offshore testers
• Identify gaps and opportunities to improve quality
• Establish and drive the adoption of quality metrics that help measure test effectiveness, efficiency, and overall product quality
• Communicate testing results to stakeholders
  
  

• 5 + years of experience in software testing
• 3+ years of experience as a QA Lead
• Proven experience managing testing activities in a large-scale program with overseas co-workers
• Proven experience in test strategy implementation
• The ability to organize and prioritize activities across multiple testing activities
• Comprehensive understanding of various types of test strategies and their applicability
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• In-depth knowledge of various test types and strategies, including unit, integration, and system
• Skilled in working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent documentation skills
• Excellent English communication skills
