Senior Frontend Developer - React

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior Frontend Developer at RedPanda, working with a cyber security startup located in Tel-Aviv, with flexibility for remote work. The Frontend developer will be responsible for designing and implementing frontend solutions, developing new components and maintaining existing code. The role will involve working on the cyber security main platform and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining React applications with a strong focus on quality, scalability, performance, and user experience
• Translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Collaborating with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability
• Seeing through a project from conception to finished product
• Collaborating with a team of skilled developers to develop high-traffic, cloud-based applications
• Participating in code reviews to maintain code quality and sharing best practices with the team
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, promoting continuous learning and improvement within the team
• Staying up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of experience in React and Typescript
• 3+ years experience with Jest, storybook, playwright
• 3+ years experience with pixel perfect testing frameworks
• Proven experience in a SaaS startup environment, ideally with cybersecurity awareness
• Solid understanding of state management, component lifecycles, and performance optimization in React
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical ideas within a team and cross-functional environment
• Ability to work onsite in Tel Aviv at least three times per week
• A strong sense of aesthetics and user experience, ensuring polished and user-friendly interfaces
