Car Safety Officer

The Position:

The role involves managing and implementing safety policies and compliance with traffic regulations for the company's test and operations vehicles. The Traffic Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring adherence to safety regulations and road safety for all vehicles and drivers.

What your job will look like:

• Manage and coordinate traffic safety activities for all company vehicles, including test and operations vehicles.
• Oversee and maintain the safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports and analyze data on accidents, malfunctions, and violations, and implement corrective actions.
• Plan and deliver training and workshops for drivers and employees on road safety.
• Collaborate with regulatory and transportation authorities to ensure adherence to regulations and guidelines.
• Manage licenses, insurance, and ongoing maintenance of vehicles.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend improvements and actions to prevent accidents and malfunctions.
  
  

• Valid Car Safety Officer certification (according to Ministry of Transport requirements).
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in Car safety.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams.
• Technological orientation and familiarity with advanced vehicle management systems.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate between different parties.
• Experience working with test vehicles in similar companies or industries - Advantage
