Mobile Apps Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Mobile Apps Operations Manager to oversee the operational lifecycle and optimization of our go to markets mobile applications portfolio. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient app store management, configuration management, and successful deployment of our core SDK and various B2B solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mobile release management, app store operations, ASO, and technical configuration management.

What You'll Do

• App Store Operations & Management:
• Manage and optimize app presence across public and enterprise app stores and hold the E2E process of Go Live
• Execute ASO strategies to improve app visibility and performance metrics
• Maintain and optimize multiple app store accounts for different B2B/WL’s customer
• Technical Configuration Management:
• Configure and maintain build configurations for different environments
• Establish and maintain brand-specific technical configurations
• Oversee version management and build numbering schemes
• Manage app-specific settings and environmental configurations
• Brand Setup & Management:
• Lead end-to-end setup of new brands in app stores
• Configure and establish brand presence, including store listings
• Manage brand-specific assets and configurations
• Operational Excellence:
• Develop and maintain documentation for app store processes
• Establish standard operating procedures for app store submissions
• Manage app store compliance and policy requirements
  
  

Experience

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in mobile app store operations and configuration management
• Proven track record in ASO and app store presence optimization
• Experience with enterprise app distribution platforms
• Background in managing technical configurations for mobile applications

Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of App Store Connect and Google Play Console
• Strong understanding of app store guidelines and requirements
• Experience with mobile app configuration management
• Knowledge of ASO techniques and best practices
• Familiarity with mobile SDK configuration management

Operational Excellence

• Strong attention to detail in managing app store listings and configurations
• Experience in maintaining multiple app store accounts
• Understanding of mobile app security requirements
• Knowledge of app store analytics and performance metrics

Communication

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
