Controller

A growing finance team is seeking a skilled and motivated Controller to contribute expertise in financial management and reporting. The Controller will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial processes, compliance, and reporting to support internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including preparation of financial statements and tax filings.
• Assist in preparing consolidated financial statements.
• Provide periodic management reporting packages and ad-hoc reporting and analysis for stakeholders such as investors, auditors, and internal teams.
• Review payroll and expense reports for subsidiaries in collaboration with local payroll accountants.
• Develop and implement efficient financial processes to enhance team performance and stakeholder service delivery.
• Collaborate with local accountants to ensure compliance with local tax and statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants during interim and annual audits, as well as on ongoing financial issues.
• Support various accounting and finance-related projects as required.

Requirements:

• CPA with experience at a Big 4 accounting firm (mandatory).
• A minimum of 4 years as a Controller in a global high-tech organization, preferably during a hyper-growth phase.
• Strong ability to work independently with proactive problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Full professional fluency in English and Hebrew (written and verbal).
• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, meeting tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
