DevOps Manager

Cisco Silicon One is looking for a skilled and motivated manager to lead our dynamic DevOps team.

Our DevOps team is in charge of CI/CD and testing systems, serving the needs of the whole organization. This system is at the heart of the development, testing and release of Silicon One.

The system contains hundreds of boards with Silicon and servers. It runs millions of tests daily and serves PRs from hundreds of users worldwide.

What You'll Do

In this role you will manage a team of experts from multiple disciplines, including Jenkins, robust SW development, boards and Linux, storages, DBs, web development and more.

The team is distributed in multiple locations around the world.

You will lead the team and tasks, as well as the architecture of the solution.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Confirmed experience managing DevOps teams for at least 3 years
• At least 8 years in this field
• Experience with on-premise large deployments
  
  

Preferred Requirements:

• Excellent System technical view
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to details
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Having experience with as many as possible areas from the following list: Jenkins, Github, NetApp, Python, Bash, Web development, Databases, Linux, Network management, Containers, Cloud technologies
